We operate an up to 50/50 commission split with our partners on sales income which is not capped. You are also able to build lettings recurring income without having to handle the property management! This gives you both a stable income and a business of value. Your earning potential is uncapped!
As well as being part of our well established, market leading brand which we will dual brand to elevate your personal brand alongside our brand, we supply our Property Partner with access to all major Portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market, a fully mobile CRM, Lead Generation tools, Marketing materials, Blog Content, support, training and coaching plus much more. In fact there’s far too much to list here but we’ll happily show you all the value we provide to our Property Partners. We supply everything you need to get up and running and run your business on a minimal cost base.
We also provide a full property management and administration function for our Property Partners so they can concentrate on the business generation and client care.
All our Property Partners have access to a fully comprehensive online training resource which covers everything from getting started in the property industry to sales and lettings. We also provide in house training with both the directors of CR Real Estate, other Property Partners and leading industry trainers.
All Property Partners are members of our exclusive WhatsApp group. We also hold regular Zoom meetings for Property Partners; additionally all partners have direct access to senior members of staff within the business for all the help, support and coaching. We are looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals (or couples) who are hard working, self-motivated and have a strong desire to be successful. They must have a friendly and very outgoing personality and have excellent social and interpersonal skills. They must also be confident, willing to learn and interested in personal and professional development. A passion for property and the ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service are also essential. The ideal applicants must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, be solution focused and willing to adhere to company procedures, policies and standards. Experience in estate agency is preferred but not required as full training is provided. It is also highly desirable that Property Partners live in the area that they will cover.
